The 5 Most Important Questions in Life that Everyone must Answer

Updated: Mar 6

Every successful person knows the answers to these five most important questions. These people created successful businesses, the fashion world, and other industries.

Dr. Myles Munroe, a renowned pastor and motivational speaker from Bahamas Island introduced these five most important questions.

Do you want to be successful? I dare you to answer these five questions!

1. WHO AM I?

Your answer might be your profession or what you do. That is true, but there is more than that!

This question talks about your original identity based on the mind of the One who created your inmost being. You are both created and made by God.

Both of these words are significant and have separate meanings. Made means to make something out of nothing. Created means to form from what has already been made. As a result, man is a combination of elements produced from nothing and parts that have already been made.

God created you according to His image and likeness. The word image does not mean your physical appearance but pertains to essential nature and characteristics. You are a Spirit-being that has God’s morals and attributes.

Anyone who does not understand this sense of creation does not know who they are.

They tend to become a clone rather than being original. They copy other person's fashion, style or even talk and act like them. Nothing is more harmful than trying to be somebody you are not.

Knowing who you are in the eyes of your Creator makes you love your self and allows you to spread that love to others. It helps you to become unshakable when someone questions your identity. You are who your Creator says you are! You are His child, His image and likeness on earth. You are His beloved!

2. WHERE AM I FROM?

This goes beyond your family background or the country where you were born. Not knowing where you came from brings you in trouble.

You came through your mother. You came from your country. But, you came out of God. He knitted you together in your mother's womb. You are not an accident. You are His work of art!

3. WHY AM I HERE?

Why do you exist on earth? Have you asked yourself God decided to put someone like you on earth?

It is a question of PURPOSE. Purpose is the reason for creation. Everything in the world existed for a specific reason. Birds play a significant role in seed dispersal for plants that provide us with food, medicine, timber, and recreation. Fishes serve as food for human. Plants provide food, fiber, shelter, medicine for all organisms.

If animals and plants existed to serve their purpose, how much more a wonderful being like you! You are necessary!

Knowing your purpose is the key to success. Your life's purpose makes you visualize things. Your vision moves you into action. Nothing is impossible for a person who sees the end at the very beginning.

To find this purpose, you must connect to the Giver of purpose.

4. WHAT CAN I DO?

It is a question of POTENTIAL.

What are you capable of doing? You must identify your potential so that other people will not dominate you. No one can manipulate you or tell you what to do or what you cannot do. The worst thing to happen to someone is spending his whole life doing the wrong assignment.

You cannot tell the fish to swim. They are designed to swim! There is no need to pray for a bird to fly. Flying is natural to them. As for you, there is no need to force yourself to do what is innate in you. Your potential is the hidden power in you. It is so natural that if you begin to manifest it, people will notice you.

What is the thing that you enjoy so much? Is it cooking and trying out new recipes? Do you want to be a songwriter with your own recording studio? Do you envision a hotel, a school, or a business?

Go to your job during office hours. After that, do your work! Your job is what you are paid to do. Your work is what you are born to do.

Dream that childhood dream again! Tap to the power within you and unleash it!

5. WHERE AM I GOING?

It does not talk about your destiny of going to heaven. It talks about your destiny while you are here on earth.

To build your future, you must know where you are going. Who are you in the future? When your hair is old and gray, what do you want to see in yourself?

Instead of aiming for success, strive to become a person of destiny. Instead of becoming famous, strive to make an impact. You are not born to make a living. You are born to be an influence in your generation!

Take time to meditate and write down your answers to all of these. It will not be easy, and it will not happen overnight. Notable things take time to accomplish.

Because of these five questions, I have the courage to wake up every day, talk to people, conduct training, write books, and pray.

We'd like to know your answers to these five question. Feel free to share!
